[Journey (FINAL MIX)]

Ahh ya, I love the blip that was added to the segments that were rather barren previously. As i said in the previous upload of this song, amazing quality as it seems is standard for you. Great job on eqing, mastering and general song composition. It pushed me into a calm state of mellow only to pull me back out with energy. Very nice work, your best work that i have listened to as of yet. I hope to see more of you in the future =)

[rekon_X - Journey]

This piece is as usual, high quality. The only personal off putting part to it would the fact the whole song was mostly drums, and it seemed rather drawn out. This was an odd fusion of mellow trance with a house beat. I did enjoy it, however it seemed lacking in the department of notes for a house song.

I can't count off for personal taste so you still get a 5 from me. Keep it up, as usual i look forward to camping your next post.

Ahh good ol baroque chord progressions. Vivaldi would be proud. As much as i love each piece you do, i have to agree with the comment below. The synth could have indeed used a change through the song.

Loved it, very nice use of verb. Extremely relaxing and chill. Mixing and mastering was superb as usual it would seem. Again, i have nothing really negative to say about this piece. Keep up the good work, and i look forward to hearing the full version.

So jay, when did you have malmsteen over to do a recording? I loved it man, very neoclassical sounding. It's rather a shame you have all but vanished from the internet as of late.

Up until one min the song was amazing, then right after that something horrible happened to it. The key changes went... i have no idea how to describe it. Most of your other works seemingly do this aswell. 90% of the song is fine, then those sour notes you throw in there just ruin it for me.

I would like to give you higher star on this one, but after one min the song went crazy.

I Appreciate your honest feedback and i never would've thought that such a short section would ruin a song. Guess i learn something everyday :P I Did kind of rush that section however, so i'm not to surprised that it was the least likable part of the song.

Where have you been this entire time on ng? Also why have i not seen you around? You are producing amazing music across the board. I really don't understand why i have yet to see you or any of your songs.

I have nothing really to say about something in a review for once that is negative. Amazing job on the mastering and eqing. The whole song was very professionally done.

Nah haha, but honestly thanks you so much for the awesome words, I really appreciate it from someone like you (Having just listened to some of your tracks).
I take everything you say as a great compliment by the way. And honestly posting songs here on newgrounds and spaming the comment section on youtube is the only two ways that have been working for me at the moment.
So anyway, thanks for making my day, and i really wasn't expecting a review as awesome as your's :)

Gasp, Geo making trance?! It was indeed good, however i wouldn't call it trance exactly. It had trance elements in it, but it seems your house and dance style leaked it's way into this song. We need more trance being thrown around here on NG to be honest, it's a lonely road however here on ng lol. Hats off to the attempt at a branch out, i would like to see you post some more trance if you ever feel up to it. Over all i feel it was a tad on the repetitive side, however most standard trance progressions aside from deep trance and a few other minor branches tend to be as well.

Good job on this one and grats on front page.

EDM songs are kinda difficult to categorize, and I'm not very experienced with any of that anyway. I do want to be making some more dnb, but I will probably give trance another shot soon ^^

Not bad. This is a pretty decent mellow piece. It has a pretty chill and mellow tone about it with a nice theme. Well mixed, and pretty crisp master. I'm uncertain as to why you are removing everything. However every one has their story and right to be a sad panda i suppose.
